The Process

We spot talent through head hunting and keep their profiles in our database.

Conduct preliminary interviews to determine Leadership, Functional and character suitability. Conduct background verifications.
Invite the client to sit in and satisfy himself with the quality of candidates before making the final decision.
A variation of interviews would include – Aptitudes, Telephone screening, face to face, Behavioral, Psychometric tests, Task Oriented, Technical interviews among others.

 

Final report

Follow up with the candidates placed 4 weeks after to assess performance.
If for whatever reason other than redundancy the candidate does not perform to the expectation of the client – we promise to introduce another candidate at no extra cost.
