At the inception, a meeting with the client to develop a common understanding of the assignment is done.
Useful issues to discuss about include:
- Job description,
- level of experience,
- required skills/ skills mix,
- character, timelines, culture, salary range, person specifications etc.
We create a recruitment plan with clear activities and timelines that the assignment will take.
Job analysis – We review the job and develop the profile of the candidate that fits the bill. Specific activities include: Job description review, review of engagement notes, with the aim of extracting key skills and competences needed when designing the Job Advert and Interview tools.
Run adverts Screen applications at 5-6 levels to ensure that we get quality at the gate.
This includes any or a combination of the following: CV screening, aptitude tests, emotional quotient assessment, technical/competence assessment, leadership assessment, and oral interviews.
For each assignment that we handle, we ensure that there are specialists assigned to oversee the process.
A report is shared with the client at close out detailing how candidates came across along with a professional opinion.
Where a candidate is engaged by the employer and for any reason other than redundancy quits in 90 days, we commit to replace that candidate at no extra cost (considering that the client had already paid for the assignment)
In order to ensure that candidates recommended are results driven and have the right character, we do background checks from previous employers.
